Remove and install all pistons with con-rods (Z 14 XE, Z 16 YNG with air conditioning, RHD) > < J330100 All Pistons with Con-rod, Remove and Install (Z 18 XE, with Air Conditioning, LHD)

Corsa C

J335500 remove and install fly wheel (Z 14 XE without air conditioning LHD, Z 16 YNG)

1. Remove manual transmission

  • Note: Remove and install manual transmission – see operation "Manual Transmission, Remove and Install" in group "K"

2. Remove clutch

  • Lock with KM-652 (1)
  • Remove 6 bolts (arrows)
 Object Number: 2410714 Size: DEFAULT

3. Detach flywheel

  • Remove 6 bolts
  • Remove using KM-652 (1)

4. Rework threads

  • In crankshaft
    • 6 off

5. Clean flywheel

6. Attach flywheel

  • Renew bolts
  • Tighten bolts (35 Nm / 26 lbf. ft. + 30° + 15°)
    • Lock with KM-652 (2)
 Object Number: 2392734 Size: DEFAULT

7. Install clutch

  • Renew bolts
  • Centre with KM-734 (2)
  • Tighten bolts (15 Nm / 11 lbf. ft.)
  • Remove KM-652 (1)

8. Install manual transmission

  • Note: Remove and install manual transmission – see operation "Manual Transmission, Remove and Install" in group "K"
