J335500 Remove and install flywheel (Z 12 XE, Z 12 XEP, Z 14 XEP) > < Remove and install all pistons with con-rods (Z 14 XE, Z 16 YNG with air conditioning, RHD)

Corsa C

Remove and install flywheel (Z 10 XE, Z 10 XEP)

Note:   Transmission removed - operation "Removing and installing transmission" or "Removing and installing automatic transmission" in group "K".

  Remove

1.   Remove clutch - see operation "Remove and install thrust plate and clutch disk" in group "K"
2.   Detach flywheel
Note:   KM-6263 remains attached to engine. KM-6263 is not depicted here to give a clearer picture.
•   Unscrew 6 bolts
•   Remove KM-652
Object Number: 2410508 Size: DEFAULT


  Install

3.   Attach flywheel
•   Clean thread in crankshaft
•   Renew bolts
•   Tighten 6x bolts 35 Nm + 30°
– Block using KM-652
4.   Insert guide bush into rear of crankshaft
5.   Fit clutch - see operation "Remove and install thrust plate and clutch disk" in group "K"
6.   Check engine oil level and correct if necessary
