Exhaust Gas Recirculation Pipe, Remove and Install

Z 10 XE, Z 10 XEP, Z 12 XE, Z 14 XEP

Remove

1.	Remove intake manifold

2.	Detach exhaust recirculation pipe (1) from intake manifold Note: Illustration shows Z 12 XE.

3.	Clean sealing surfaces and remove gasket remnants

Install

4.	Attach exhaust recirculation pipe to intake manifold with new gasket

Attach intake manifold

Replace gasket

–	For Z 10 XE

–	For Z 12 XE
