Spark Plugs, Remove and Install (Z 18 XE, with Air Conditioning, LHD)

Remove

1.	Open bonnet

Remove engine cover.

•	Unscrew oil filler pipe cap

•	Unscrew 2 bolts

•	Screw on oil filler pipe cap

Remove DIS ignition module

•	Unscrew 5 bolts

•	Disconnect wiring harness plug for DIS ignition module (2)

•

Remove DIS ignition module

–	Use KM-6009 (1) Note: Do not tilt when removing.

Remove 4 spark plugs

•	Use KM-194-E (1)

Install

Install 4 spark plugs

•	Tighten 4 spark plugs 25 Nm

Fit DIS ignition module

•	Unscrew KM-6009

•	Tighten 5x bolts 8 Nm

•	Connect wiring harness plug

Install engine cover.

•	Unscrew oil filler pipe cap

•	Tighten 2x bolts 8 Nm

•	Screw on oil filler pipe cap

8.	Close bonnet
