J700100 remove and install starter (Z 14 XE, Z 16 YNG with air conditioning, RHD) > < Replace starter (Z 10 XE, Z 10 XEP, without air conditioning, LHD)

Corsa C

Remove and install starter (Z 12 XE, Z 12 XEP, Z 14 XEP, with air conditioning, LHD)

  Remove

1.   Open bonnet
2.   Disconnect battery
Note:   In vehicles as of model year 04 onwards with ESP - the steering angle sensor loses its basic adjustment each time the battery is disconnected, and must be recalibrated
•   Detach ground cable
3.   Raise vehicle
4.   Detach starter wiring harness
•   Unscrew 2 nuts (1)
5.   Remove starter
•   Unscrew 2x bolt (arrows)

  Install

6.   Install starter
•   Tighten 2 bolts 25 Nm
7.   Attach starter wiring harness
•   Tighten 2 nuts
8.   Lower vehicle
9.   Connect battery
10.   Program volatile memory
11.   Close bonnet
