Attach transmission to KM-113-2

Attach transmission to KM-6115

Attach transmission with KM-6115 to
KM-113-2 (1)

|
| 3. |
Detach left engine damping block support
|
|
|
| 4. |
Remove gearshift cover (1)
Note: Transmission in
idle position.
|
| 5. |
Remove reversing lamps switch
| • |
Disconnect wiring harness plug for reversing lamp switch
|
| • |
Unscrew reversing lamps switch (2)
|
|
| 6. |
Remove end shield cover (3)
|
|
|
| 9. |
Remove central release (5)
|
| 10. |
Remove transmission housing pressure line (4) for central
release and pressure line sleeve (3) 
|
| 11. |
Remove bearings for main shaft (2) and drive shaft (1) in
transmission housing
|
| 12. |
Remove axle shaft seal ring
| • |
Remove 2 axle shaft seal rings
|
|
|
| 13. |
Remove transmission housing from KM-6115
|
Install
| 14. |
Attach transmission housing to KM-6115
|
|
| 15. |
Install bearings for main (2) and drive shaft (1)
|
| 16. |
Install differential
| • |
Please follow differential gear tapered roller bearing
adjusting instructions
|
|
| 17. |
Install transmission housing pressure line (4) for central
release and pressure line sleeve (3)
|
| 18. |
Install central release (5)
|
|
|
| 19. |
Install end shield (1)
Note: Observe the
magnet
|
| 20. |
Install end shield cover (2)
|
| 21. |
Install gearshift cover (3)
|
| 22. |
Install reversing lamp switch
| • |
insert with new seal ring
|
| • |
Tighten reversing lamp switch (4) 20
Nm
|
| • |
Connect wiring harness plug
|
|
|
| 23. |
Fit axle shaft seal rings
|
|
| 24. |
Attach left engine damping block support
|
| 25. |
Detach transmission from KM-113-2
| • |
Detach transmission with KM-6115 from
KM-113-2
|
| • |
Detach transmission from KM-6115
|
|
| 27. |
Transmission Fluid Level, Check and Correct
|
| 28. |
Check ease of gear shifting
|
|
|
