Replace transmission housing (F23) > < Illustration - Main shaft bearing in clutch housing (F23)

Replace intermediate shaft cover (F23)

  Remove

Object Number: 2415562 Size: DEFAULT

1.   Remove transmission
2.   Attach transmission (2) to workbench with KM-113-2 (4) and KM-6115 (1)
•   Attach transmission to KM-6115 with 4x bolt (arrows)
•   Attach transmission with KM-6115 to KM-113-2

Object Number: 2415601 Size: DEFAULT

3.   Remove intermediate shaft cover (2)
•   Knock out with KM-328-B (5) and KM-6101 (4)
– Using a suitable drift (1) drive in hole centrally (3)
– Screw KM-6101 flush into the cover
4.   Remove transmission fluid pipe

5.   Clean all parts
6.   Inspect transmission fluid pipe for damage
•   Replace if necessary

  Install

Object Number: 2415600 Size: DEFAULT

7.   Insert transmission fluid pipe (4) in intermediate shaft
8.   Drive intermediate shaft cover (3) in flush into clutch housing
•   using KM-6102 (2) and KM-523-1 (1)

Object Number: 2415610 Size: DEFAULT

9.   Detach transmission (4) from KM-6115 (1) and (3)
•   Remove clutch housing with KM-6115 from KM-113-2 (2)
•   Unscrew 4x bolt
10.   Install transmission

Replace transmission housing (F23) > < Illustration - Main shaft bearing in clutch housing (F23)
