Transmission Housing, Replace (F17)

  Remove

1.   Remove transmission
Object Number: 2414153 Size: DEFAULT

2.   Attach KM-444-C (1) to transmission
3.   Attach transmission to KM-113-2 (2) with KM-444-C
4.   Remove gearshift cover (5) with shift guide (6) LUREF_1.gif
5.   Remove reversing lamp switch (4)
6.   Remove end shield cover (3)
7.   Remove end shield

8.   Remove differential
9.   Remove bearings for main shaft (2) and drive shaft (1) in transmission housing
10.   Remove central release (5)
11.   Remove transmission housing pressure line (4) for central release and pressure line sleeve (3) LUREF_1.gif
12.   Remove transmission housing from KM-444-C

  Install

13.   Attach new transmission housing to KM-444-C

14.   Install bearings for main shaft (2) and drive shaft (1) in transmission housing
15.   Install transmission housing pressure line (4) for central release and pressure line sleeve (3) LUREF_1.gif
16.   Install central release (5)

Object Number: 2414090 Size: DEFAULT

17.   Install differential
18.   Install end shield (1)
19.   Install end shield cover (2)
20.   Install reversing lamp switch (4) with new seal ring
•   Tighten switch 20 Nm
21.   Install gearbox cover (3)
22.   Remove transmission with KM-444-C from KM-113-2
23.   Remove KM-444-C from transmission
24.   Install transmission
25.   Correct transmission fluid level LUREF_1.gif
