Servo Motor – Headlamp Range Control (Valeo Version), Remove and Install

  Remove

1.   Remove headlamp
Object Number: 2409525 Size: DEFAULT

2.   Remove servo motor
•   Remove servo motor cover (1)
•   Unlock servo motor by turning it and detach by tilting out of reflector guide (2)
•   Remove servo motor
– Disconnect wiring harness plug

  Install

3.   Install servo motor
•   Connect wiring harness plug
•   Insert servo motor in guide
– Remove dipped beam bulb and counterhold reflector.
– Install dipped beam bulb
4.   Install headlamps
5.   Adjust headlamp
