Replace bonnet closure stud > < Bonnet, remove and install

Corsa D

Replace bonnet hinges (both sides)

  Remove

1.   Detach bonnet
2.   Detach wind protection panelling LUREF_1.gif
Object Number: 10678724 Size: DEFAULT

3.   Remove right and left bonnet hinges
•   Unscrew 3 bolts
•   Unscrew 3 bolts

  Install

4.   Install right and left bonnet hinges
Note:   When fitting, check for bonnet fit tolerances!
•   Tighten 3x bolts right 10 Nm
•   Tighten 3x bolts left 10 Nm
5.   Install wind protection panelling LUREF_1.gif
6.   Attach bonnet

Replace bonnet closure stud > < Bonnet, remove and install
