Overview of fitting tolerances (model L 08)

When setting reference gaps on the individual body components of the Corsa-D, a parallel joint gap is required. The dimensions given here refer to the painted and completed components.

Fitting tolerances for bonnet and wing:

Position: Dimensions in mm: Tolerance in mm. I 3.5 +/- 1 II 2,4 +/- 1.2 III 3.8 +/- 1 IV 4.5 +/- 1.5

Fitting tolerances for doors:

Position: Dimension in mm: Tolerance in mm: I 4.5 +/- 1 II 4.6 +/- 1 III 3.8 +/- 0.8 IV 4.5 +/- 1 V 3.8 +/- 1

Fitting tolerances for tailgate:
