Replace front panelling spoiler
 Remove
|

Detach front panelling spoiler from front panelling

Remove body-bound rivets (arrows)
|
|
| 2. |
Use a suitable tool to detach the left corner of the front
panelling spoiler (1).
Note: Pay attention to
the immersion depth of the separating tool!
Note: Do not damage the
front panelling!

| 3. |
Secure the cutting wire in the T-grips (2)

Use the cutting wire from glass removal kit BO-46974
|
| • |
Use the T-grips from MKM-589-B
|
|
| 4. |
Insert the cutting wire at the detached corner of the front
panelling spoiler (1)
|
| 5. |
Slowly cut the adhesive seam from left to right
Note: Do not damage the
front panelling!
|
| 6. |
Remove the front panelling spoiler
|
| 7. |
Remove adhesive seam residue with a flat scraper
Note: Do not damage the
front panelling!
|
|
Install
| 8. |
Follow the instructions accompanying the new part for
installation.
