| Complaint: |
Customers with ECC and without Start-Stop
system entering the ECC settings menu may see the option "ecoMode"
which is out of function on that vehicles. ECC operates without any
problems. |
| Cause: |
Electronic Climate Control (ECC) units on
vehicles with ECC and without Start-Stop system have been wrongly
programmed including new feature "ecoMode" which is only for
vehicles with Start-Stop system. |

Only vehicles within the following VIN
ranges are affected: Eisenach: W0L0SDL08B6000001 to
W0L0SDL08B6007950 Zaragozo: W0L0SDL68B4000035 to
W0L0SDL68B4013578 |
Remedy:
In case of customer complaint re-program ECC control unit with
latest software.
