Brake Disc, Check for Runout
Install

Remove front wheel

Unscrew 5x or 4x wheel bolts

Mark position in relation to centre of wheel
|

| 2. |
Attach brake disc with washers and wheel bolts (3) to wheel
hub
|
| 3. |
Attach MKM-571-B (2) with magnetic
base (1)
| • |
Set tool MKM-571-B to zero
|
|
| 4. |
Turn brake disc at least one revolution
|
| 5. |
Nominal values
- Front Wheel Brake
- Rear Wheel Brake 1601065
Note: If the lateral
runout is greater than stated: remove brake disc and check contact
surfaces.
Check wheel hub for runout
|
| 6. |
Repeat measurement procedure
|
|
|
 Remove
| 7. |
Detach MKM-571-B with magnetic
base
|
| 8. |
Detach wheel bolts with washers
|
| 9. |
Fit corresponding wheel 110 Nm
|
|
