Replace throttle valve module > < Replace camshaft sensor

Corsa D

Removing and installing throttle valve module

  Remove

1.   Remove air cleaner housing
2.   Place collecting basin underneath.
3.   Remove throttle valve module
•   Disconnect wiring harness plug (2)
•   Detach coolant hoses (3)
– Undo 2x clamps
•   Unscrew 4x bolts (1)

  Install

4.   Install throttle valve connecting piece
•   Replace gasket
•   Tighten 4x bolts
– Tightening torque 8 Nm .
•   Attach coolant hoses
– Attach 2x clamps
•   Fix wiring harness plug
5.   Install air cleaner housing
6.   Check coolant level, top up if necessary
7.   Match throttle valve module
Note:   After removing and installing or replacing the throttle valve module it is no longer necessary to match it again.
