Replace throttle valve module

  Remove

1.   Open bonnet
2.   Remove air cleaner housing
3.   Remove throttle valve module (2)
•   Disconnect wiring harness connector.
•   Unscrew 4x bolts (1)
4.   Remove seal ring (3)

  Install

5.   Clean sealing surface
6.   Install throttle valve module
•   Tighten 4x bolts
– Tightening torque 8 Nm .
•   Fix wiring harness plug
Note:   After removal, installing or replacement, it is no longer necessary to train throttle valve modules with S0 control. The intake manifold must be replaced after removing and installing the throttle valve module ten times.
7.   Install air cleaner housing
8.   Close bonnet
