Replace charge air pipe

Z 13 DTJ

  Remove

1.   Open bonnet
2.   Detach charge air pipe (1) from intake manifold
•   Unscrew 3x bolts (2)
•   Detach from bracket (3)
– Unscrew bolt
3.   Detach charge air pipe from charge air hose
•   Release clamp

  Install

4.   Attach charge air pipe to charge air hose
•   Fasten clamp
5.   Attach charge air pipe intake manifold
•   Tighten 3x bolt 8 Nm
•   Attach to bracket
– Tighten bolt
•   Fasten clamp
6.   Close bonnet

Replace turbocharger > < Replace turbocharger
