Remove and install shift linkage (F13 / F17 / F17+) > < Manual Gearshift Lever, Replace (M20/M32)

Manual Gearshift Lever Gearshift Knob, Replace (F13+/F17+)

  Remove

1.   Remove the gaiter cover (1) from the centre console
•   Unclip in 6 places
2.   Unclip the reverse gear inhibit connection (2) from the gearshift knob.
3.   Remove gearshift knob
•   Push retaining disc (3) upwards
•   Pull off knob with gearshift lever cup

  Install

4.   Attach gearshift knob
•   Push on knob with gearshift lever cup
•   Push locking disc downward
5.   Clip the reverse gear inhibit connection to the gearshift knob
6.   Attach the gaiter cover to the centre console
•   Clip in 6 places
