Calibrate EPS control unit

Note:   When the EPS control unit has been replaced, this must be programmed LUREF_1.gif with TECH 2 to adjust it to the vehicle variant. Ensure that the battery is well charged before undertaking this process.

1. Position steering wheel exactly straight ahead. Deviation: less than
2. Connect TECH 2 and switch on
3. Select "Vehicle Diagnosis" menu
4. Select model year
5. Select vehicle
  "Corsa-D"
6. Select "Chassis" system
7. Select "Electronic Power-Assisted Steering"
8. Switch on ignition and confirm by pressing the button
9. Confirm part number and code by pressing the button
10. Select "Additional functions"
11. Select "Calibration"
12. Follow the instructions contained in the remainder of the menu
  if correct, confirm calibration displayed
  select "change" if necessary
  o select relevant vehicle variant
  o follow the instructions contained in the remainder of the menu until the display "Calibration successful" appears
13. Detach TECH 2
  Switch off TECH 2
  Switch ignition off
