SQUIB CIRCUIT(S)

SHORT TO GROUND

02, 03

·   Vehicle with one squib circuit (driver only):

     Resistance between at least one of the 2 deployment circuit leads and ground is less than 15 kW

     (short circuit to ground)

     Vehicle with two squib circuits (driver and co-driver):

     Resistance between at least one of the 4 deployment circuit leads and ground is less than 10 kW

     (short circuit to ground)

·   Above condition must be fulfilled for 3 to 5 s

If trouble code 21 was recognized, the airbag telltale is switched on.
