Lock Cylinder – Glove Compartment Lid,
Remove and Install
 Remove

Glove compartment – see operation "Glove Compartment,
Remove and Install".

Glove compartment lid – drive out 2 pins (1)
|
|
Detach gas lifter spring – pin with retaining ring (2)
|
|
Glove compartment lid panelling (3)
|
|
Catch unit (4)
|
|
Insert key in lock cylinder.
|
|
– carefully bend open (arrow) 2 lugs (5).
|
|
– remove lock cylinder.
|
|
|
Install
Insert lock cylinder until engaged, closure unit, glove
compartment lid panelling, attach pneumatic spring, glove
compartment lid, glove compartment.
