Ignition ON, engine running at idle speed

Turn control switch counterclockwise to stop

Electric motor lifts sliding roof

Control switch in "closed" position

Electric motor lowers electric sliding roof

Turn control switch clockwise to stop

Electric motor opens electric sliding roof

Control switch in "closed" position

Electric motor closed electric sliding roof

Note:

If the actual value lies above the maximum current limit, there is a defect / dirt in the mechanism.

If necessary, clean mechanism, repeat check. Determine values over a defined period of time.
