Install
 Remove

Glass cover closed

Edge protector

Moulded headlining panel
|
- Remove preselector switch rotary knob (1)
- Unclip potentiometer (2)
- Interior lamp, reading lamps (3)
- Unbolt moulded headlining panel (4)
- Detach moulded headlining front panel (5)
|
|
|
Disconnect wiring harness plug (6).
|
|
Unbolt motor (7).
|
Install
|
Fasten motor with new bolts.
|
|
Wiring harness plug
|
torque
Motor to actuation unit – 5 Nm / 3.7 lbf. ft.
|
|
Install
|
Replace motor
Moulded headlining panel
- Protective cover from motor (1)
- Remove assembly knob (3) and clip in potentiometer (2)
- Push ring on assembly knob downwards (4)
- Remove assembly knob (3)
- Attach moulded headlining panel
- Fasten moulded headlining panel
- Connect preselector switch rotary knob
- Reading lamps, interior lamp

- Hold potentiometer at centre of axis (1)
- Clip in potentiometer (2)
- Attach moulded headlining panel
- Fasten moulded headlining panel
- Connect preselector switch rotary knob
- Reading lamps, interior lamp
