Cause:

Water /moisture in connector of control unit /corrosion on edge of connector.

Production Solution:

Remedy:

Replace ABS-control unit and body wiring harness if the edge connector is corroded. If there is no visible damage at the connector, operate the system.

- check screw sealing in plug ABS-control (if not exist order from Serv. Dept. and install)

- check the fastening of the screw when the plug is connectet torque: 0, 6 Nm

- dry the connection
