Subject: Brake caliper - Rattling noise

Omega-B 1994...1997,5	X25XE\| X30XE\| X25DT\| U25DT

Complaint:	Rattling noise from brake caliper.
Cause:	Due to tolerances at friction lining gutter and play of the guide bolts.
Production:

Remedy:

Fix the brake pads with doublesided adhesive foil Order this foil
with the inquiry sheet from Service Department.

Observe the following installation instruction carefully:

-  clean backside of brake pad with alcohol or spirit and grind 
   with abrasive paper

-  clean backside of piston lateral face and bridge finger with 
   alcohol or spirit

-  glue foil on backside of brake pad - leave protective paper 
   at the backside

-  remove protective paper from backside of brake pad.
   Insert brake pad and glue to piston
