  Inspect

Remove crankshaft bearing cap.

Attach Dial Gauge MKM-571-B with dial gauge bracket to cylinder block. Apply probe of the Dial Gauge MKM-571-B to crankshaft bearing journal. Turn crankshaft uniformly. Max. perm. out-of-round: 0.03 mm.

Attach crankshaft bearing cap to cylinder block with new bolts – 50 Nm / 37 lbf. ft. + 60° + 15°.
