·   Engine is not in the start phase

·   Engine speed higher than 520 rpm

·   Mass air flow meter signal lower than 3.0 kg / h (short circuit to ground)

Note:

·   The fault can generally be expected to be caused by defects in the wiring.

Replacement value:

·   The control unit takes a replacement value for the load signal which depends on the engine speed and the throttle valve angle.

·   If the throttle valve potentiometer is also defective, the following replacement values are used for calculation:

     For engine speed lower than 1520 rpm with load signal = 2.5 ms

     For engine speed higher than 1520 rpm with load signal = 4.8 ms
