·   Coolant temperature higher than 140 'C / 284 'F

(short circuit to ground)

Replacement values:

·     101 °C / 214 °F if intake air temperature is higher than 0.4 °C / 32.2 °F

·     Intake air temperature lower than - 5.4 °C / +22.3 °F: for 3 min after engine start, the intake air temperature is taken as a replacement value, and then 101 °C / 214 °F again

Effects:

·     In general, learning functions (oxygen sensor regulation, idle speed control and knock control) are blocked and the last valid values are used for calculation.
