Remove air intake hose (1). Remove lower engine compartment
cover.
Remove oil supply line attachment screws (2) from turbocharger
and cylinder block. Remove oil feed line. Collect escaping engine
oil.
Install
Insert oil supply line. Connect oil supply line to turbocharger
and cylinder block with new oil seals – tightening torque 23
Nm / 17 lbf. ft.
Install lower engine compartment cover - tightening torque 5 Nm
/ 3.7 lbf. ft Install air intake hose - tightening torque 3.5 Nm /
2.6 lbf. ft.
Inspect
Start engine and allow to run until oil pressure telltale goes
off. Turn engine off, check engine oil level, correct if
necessary.
Check connections for leaks.
