Sheet Metal Parts (Bolted) Bonnet, Bonnet Functioning Parts, Remove and Install (Models F35, F19, F68)
 Remove, Disconnect Disconnect and remove wiring harness plug. Remove windscreen wiper nozzle hose and bonnet with the aid of a 2nd mechanic.
 Install, Connect Fitting bonnet, attaching parts, rubber buffer - adjust height,

 Adjust Adjustment of bonnet to wing: Adjustment dimension (X) = 40-45 mm/1.6-1.8 in., measured from bonnet sheet metal to washer. Lock disc nut. Sequence:
