Tailgate, Detach and Reattach (Model F68)
 Remove, Disconnect Separate wiring harness plug, lift retaining clip and remove gas lifter spring from ball socket (1). Release and remove hinge pin (2), remove tailgate (2nd mechanic). Detach attaching parts.
 Install, Connect Tailgate - insert and secure hinge pins, gas lifter spring, wiring harness plug. Notice: Grease hinge pin with High-Pressure Grease 90 510 336 / 19 48 606. |

Install, Connect Adjust gap at hinge according to reference dimensions.
