A-Pillar, Replace (Models F35, F19, F68)
 Remove, Disconnect Attaching parts, A-pillar and inner A-pillar reinforcement, drill off at top, detach.
- Separation cut (2) for new part
- Separation cut (3) with partial replacement (belt line)
 Install, Connect Fit A-pillar and inner A-pillar reinforcement at the top. Prepare flange. Apply spot weld paint, weld in new part, seal cavities, seal body seams. Attaching parts. |

Install, Connect A-pillar is supplied with tack-welded door hinges. Place front doors on hinges and adjust door gap according to given dimensions. Dimensions differ between door shell and finished door. Door shell installed without inner door weatherstrip.

Install, Connect Weld on (2) hinges (1). Seal welding seams. Seal cavities. Attaching parts. |
