Welding Pins - Bonnet, Replace (Models F35, F19, F68)
 Remove, Disconnect Bonnet, bonnet attaching parts. Remove damaged weld studs and sand contact surface with angle or rod sander.
 Install, Connect Position template (1) at edges "A" of bonnet, punch (2) and re-drill holes as required ( Ø 2.5 mm) (3). |

 Important! Protect bare spots against corrosion. Firmly rivet step bolt rivet with riveter.
Install, Connect Install attaching parts. Notice: Use template to a scale of 1:1 from Technical Information "TI-C-46 (Group C-117) welding pins, body rear quarter panel and bonnet" February '97. |
