B-05, F7: PROGRAMMING
Test	Work Order Description		Nominal Value
T01	Tester Display   AIRBAG
	•  Ignition ON   •  Engine OFF   •  Press corresponding key in the system main menu to call up Programming functions, select the desired test and confirm with YES. Follow the instructions in the diagnostic tester display.
	•  The CURSOR keys can be used to change the squib code selection.		SELECT   ECU (SQUIB CODE)   DRIVER ONLY   CO/DRIVER
	Note:   In this condition the airbag system is non-operational.   During programming, the control unit receives information about whether the vehicle is equipped with an airbag system with one squib circuit (driver only) or two squib circuits (driver and front passenger).   Trouble code 52 is only present before the control unit is programmed (delivery state). It does not indicate the presence of a fault, but ensures that the system telltale remains activated after the control unit is installed in a vehicle for the first time, and until the control unit has been programmed correctly.
	•  If the following display appears at the end of the test, the test has been completed successfully.		PROGRAMMING   ECU (SQUIB CODE)   OKAY
	Note:   If the following display appears at the end of the test, a fault has occurred during the test. Take the following measures in the order listed below:   Read trouble codes;   Run test again;   Run diagnostic tester self-test;   Check diagnostic tester cable for damaged insulation and shielding;   Run test with a new control unit;		PROGRAMMING   ECU (SQUIB CODE)   FAILURE
