Window Winder - Front Door, Remove and Install (Electrical Actuation)  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove front door inner panelling - see operation "Inner Panelling - Front Door, Remove and Install". Water vapour barrier. For vehicles with side airbag, side airbag sensor bracket - see operation "Sensor Bracket - Side Airbag, Remove and Install". Disconnect plug connection, secure sash windows against slipping. Release window winder guide rail, drill off window winder rivets, remove window winder sliding pieces from sash window. Remove window winder through installation opening.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Slide window winder sliding pieces into sash window. Rivet window winder. Window winder guide rail, plug connection.  

Object Number: 616198 Size: DEFAULT  Adjust   

Hand-tighten window winder guide rail bolt. Wind sash window up and down. Tighten window winder guide rail bolt.  

Object Number: 2392320 Size: DEFAULT

 

 

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Water Vapour Barrier, Front Door Inner Panelling.  

Notice: 

Re-program window winder. Completely close windows consecutively by pressing and holding rocker switch. Hold rocker switch depressed for 5 seconds.
