Intake Air Temperature Sensor, Remove and Install (X 25 XE)  

Notice: 

Depending on the air intake hose version, the intake air temperature sensor sits with or without a rubber ring in the air intake hose.  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Disconnect wiring harness plug (1) from intake air temperature sensor.  

Remove intake air temperature sensor carefully from air intake hose.  

For version with rubber ring: Remove rubber ring (2) from intake air temperature sensor.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

For version with rubber ring: Attach rubber ring to intake air temperature sensor - note installation position.  

Install intake air temperature sensor in air intake hose - ensure correct fit.  

Connect wiring harness plug to intake air temperature sensor.
