Switchover Valve Vacuum Unit, Remove and Install (X 18 XE, X 20 XEV)  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove intake manifold - see operation "Intake Manifold, Remove and Install".  

Remove fastening nut (1).  

Drive out retaining pin (2) with suitable drift.  

Detach vacuum hose (3) and remove switchover valves vacuum unit.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Insert switchover valve vacuum unit onto inlet manifold and secure with locking pin.  

Attach vacuum hose.  

Connect fastening nut (1).  

Install intake manifold - see operation "Intake Manifold, Remove and Install".
