Auxiliary Component Bracket, Remove and Install (with Air Conditioning)  

  Remove, Disconnect   

Drain air conditioning - see operation "Air Conditioning, Drain" in group "D".   Remove ribbed V-belts - see operation "Ribbed V-belts, Remove and Install".   16 LZ2 and 20 NEJ: Detach pressure line from auxiliary aggregates support.   Remove fastening bolts (2) from power steering pump and attach power steering pump at appropriate position.   Detach refrigerant lines from compressor and lay aside.   Detach fastening bolts (3) from compressor and detach compressor from auxiliary aggregates support.

  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove fastening bolts (1) and (2) and remove auxiliary aggregates support.   When replacing auxiliary aggregates support: transfer ribbed V-belt tension roller - 20 Nm / 15 lbf. ft. Transfer engine damping block bracket with engine damping block - 60 Nm / 44 lbf. ft.     Install, Connect    Attach auxiliary aggregates support to cylinder block - tightening torque for X 16 SZR 35 Nm / 26 lbf. ft., for 16 LZ2 and 20 NEJ 40 Nm / 29.5 lbf. ft.   Attach compressor to auxiliary aggregate support - tightening torque 35 Nm / 26 lbf. ft.   Attach refrigerant lines to compressor with new seal rings - 33 Nm / 24 lbf. ft.   Attach power steering pump to auxiliary aggregates support - tightening torque for X 16 SZR 20 Nm / 15 lbf. ft., for 16 LZ2 and 20 NEJ 25 Nm / 18 lbf. ft.   For 16 LZ2 and 20 NEJ: attach pressure line to auxiliary aggregates support. Install ribbed V-belt - see operation "Ribbed V-belt, Remove and Install".   Charge air conditioning - see operation "Air Conditioning, Evacuate and Charge" in group "D".
