Secondary Air Combination Valve, Remove and Install (X 16 XEL)  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Disconnect vacuum hose (1) and air guide hose (2) from secondary air combination valve.  

Notice: 

Mark secondary air combination valve (3) installation position!  

Remove fastening bolts (4) from secondary air combination valve and remove secondary air combination valve from secondary air metal pipe.

Object Number: 616195 Size: DEFAULT  Clean   

Remove gasket remnants, clean sealing surfaces.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Attach secondary air combination valve (3) with new gasket to secondary air metal pipe, at the same time note identification made previously. Attach air guide hose and vacuum hose to secondary air combination valve.  

Object Number: 616199 Size: DEFAULT  Tighten (Torque)   

Secondary air combination valve - 6 Nm / 4 lbf. ft.
