Oil level warning in MID though engine oil capacity is correct.

 

Cause:

Oil level warning triggering of MID too sensitive.

Checking of MID program index codes. Refer to "General Vehicle Information Checking Procedure 1999-2000" for index codes of MID.

 

In case of complaint reprogramm MID with modified software. The modified software is available as of   TIS 2000, CD 10.
