Wiring Harness - Front Door, Remove and Install
 Remove, Disconnect Remove door inner panelling - see operation "Inner Panelling - Front Door, Remove and Install", in group "C", remove water vapour barrier. Drill out pins from window winder. Remove loudspeaker (8), release and remove wiring harness plug. Release and remove wiring harness plug from window winder motor (1), outside mirror (4) and central locking servo motor (11). Release fastenings and cable ties, separate wiring harness plug from body wiring harness (bayonet fastening). Release wiring harness plug (5) and remove wiring harness from door.

Before separating the wiring harness plug of the body wiring harness and front door the latch (7) has to be released. In order to be able to release the wiring harness plug from the front door the protective assembly cap (6, accessory of new wiring harness) must be attached. |

 Install, Connect Pull wiring harness into door, route and secure. Connect wiring harness of front door and body. Connect wiring harness of central locking servo motor, outside mirror and electric window winders. Screw in Screw in window winders. Attach water vapour barrier, install loudspeakers and door inner panelling - see operation "Front door inner panelling, Remove and Install" in group "C".
