Door Panel, Removing And Installing

NOTE:  Removal and installation is described for right side of vehicle. The same instructions apply for removal and installation for the left-hand side.

Removing

-

Remove mountings - arrows - of door panel - 1 - using grinder and remove from lower part - 2 -. Old door panel cannot be reused.

Installing

-

After painting, attach new door panel - 1 - to lower part - 2 - and heat mounting tabs - 3 - one after other using hot air gun VAS 1978 and then set
down. Set down mounting labs alternately upward and downward.

Adhere protective padding - 1 - at door panel - 2 - using 2C adhesive D 173 KD2 A1

Net and door storage compartment, replacing
