WARNING:

Always replace self-locking nuts.

Do not re-use fasteners that are worn or deformed in normal use.

Some fasteners are designed to be used only once, and are unreliable and may fail if used a second time. This includes, but is not limited to, nuts,
bolts, washers, circlips and cotter pins. Always follow recommendations in this data-replace these fasteners with new parts where indicated, and
any other time it is deemed necessary by inspection.

Do not attempt to weld or straighten the axle beam or the stub axle.
1. Wheel bolts

120 Nm (89 ft. lbs.)
2. Phillips-head screw

4 Nm (35 inch lbs.)
3. Brake disc
4. Dust cap

Always replace

Proper function and long service life can only be ensured by the perfect seal of a new dust cap
5. Self-locking 12-point nut

Always replace

175 Nm (129 ft. lbs.)
6. Wheel bearing/hub unit with ABS wheel speed sensor rotor

Wheel bearing, wheel hub and wheel speed sensor rotor are installed together in housing
-
Wheel bearing/hub unit is maintenance and adjustment free. Adjusting and servicing are not possible
7. Hex bolt
