Valve Body: Service and Repair

Required special tools and equipment:

3373 Lever for conductor strip

^

VA.G 1331 Torque wrench or equivalent

CAUTION 
Do not run engine or tow vehicle with oil pan removed or when there is no ATF in transmission.

Note:

The valve body or conductor strip can also be removed with transmission installed.

^

The conductor strip can be removed individually

^

After re-installing oil pan, fill with ATF.

^

Always replace a valve body which is contaminated or faulty

Plug

Tightening torque 15 Nm (11 ft. lbs.) 

^

Always replace seal refer to Fig. 2
