Leak Detection Pump: Service and Repair
Leak Detection Pump
Removing
-
Disconnect the vacuum line - 1 - and ventilation lines - 2 and 3 -.
-
Remove the nuts - arrows -.
-
Remove the Leak Detection Pump (LDP) with bracket and disconnect the electrical connector.
Installing
Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal, noting the following:
‹› Before installing the LDP with bracket, connect the electrical connector.
‹› Vent line - 2 - must engage audibly.
