Always replace self locking nuts and bolts.

1 - Self locking hex nut

30 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn)

Always replace

3 - Pressure line, 30 Nm

4 - Return line, 30 Nm

5 - Hex bolt M10

60 Nm

loosen and tighten go to Fig. 5

6 - Torx bolt M10

60 Nm, can be reused

for vehicles with auxiliary heater, the left bolt behind the steering gear must be replaced with a hex bolt M10 x 58.

loosen and tighten go to Fig. 4, go to Fig. 5 and go to Fig. 6

9 - Right tie rod, 70 Nm
