Cylinder block

Removing and installing crankshaft.

Piston and connecting rod, disassembling and assembling Pistons and Connecting Rod Assembly Overview.

Sealing flange, transmission side

Only replaced as complete unit

Before installing, remove oil remains from crankshaft journal with a clean cloth

^

Do not oil or grease the sealing lip of oil seal

^

To install, use provided guide sleeve

Guide sleeve may only be removed after the sealing flange has been slid onto the crankshaft pin.

Do not damage or bend when doing assembly work

Is hooked in at sealing flange

60 Nm + an additional 90° (1/4 turn)
