Sealing Flange, Transmission Side, Tightening Sequence and Tightening Specification

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

Torque wrench V.A.G 1331

Procedure

-

Tighten bolts in 2 stages in sequence - 1 to 8 - as follows:

-

Tighten bolts by hand.

-

Tighten bolts to 9 Nm.

Installing Intermediate Plate

Hook in intermediate plate at sealing flange and push it onto alignment sleeves - arrows -.
