Adjusting parallel movement

• ‒ → Remove tilting roof panel and manual drive.
• ‒ Move guide blocks until locking levers have reached their highest position -1-.
• ‒ Fit manual drive and handwheel.

Checking gap

• ‒ → Remove tilting roof panel.
• ‒ Remove seal from roof panel.
• ‒ Install and close roof panel.
• ‒ Check gap at front, correct dimension 1 = 4 - 0,4 mm if necessary.

Correcting gap

• ‒ Remove roof panel.

• ‒ → Slacken Phillips screws - 2 - at support levers.
• ‒ Move support levers forwards or backwards according to desired correction.
• ‒ Install roof panel, check gap.
• ‒ Remove roof panel and fit seal.
• ‒ Install roof panel.

Note:

Make seal joint at the rear.

Height adjustment

• ‒ → Adjust height at front and rear as shown in the drawing to avoid wind noise.

Height adjustment, front

• ‒ Remove roof panel.
• ‒ Lever off protective caps from mounting screws.
• ‒ → Slacken mounting screws -3- for sliding blocks.
• ‒ Adjust sliding blocks according to desired correction.
• ‒ Install roof panel and check height adjustment.

Height adjustment, rear

• ‒ → Slacken mounting screws -1- for link pieces.
• ‒ Move link pieces according to height adjustment.
• ‒ Roof panel must be raised.
