• ‒ Turn belt tensioner -1- until a 10 mm external hexagon socket can be inserted through one of the holes in the tensioner into the socket head screw behind it.
• ‒ Loosen socket head screw.
• ‒ Turn tensioner until then belt can only just be deflected 10 mm with firm thumb pressure.
• ‒ Tighten socket head screw.

• ‒ Loosen adjusting strut on retaining plate -1- and lift strut with screwdriver until the belt can be deflected 10 - 15 mm with firm thumb pressure.
• ‒ Tighten strut again.
